This might go bananas with states of emergencies. Are they going to mandate vaccines? Are they gong to call for lockdowns? Do they have any plan? Do they know what they are doing? The politicians made a right old mess with the covid19 pandemic. They did not follow the science but a path to empower themselves more, over the lives of innocent people. They screwed the economy. They have sacrificed children to the vaccines. They are letting the old die right now with ADE and negative efficacy vaccines.

Who is going to trust them ever again? How will this NEW pandemic play out.

the virus may have already jumped into the general community while they were all sleeping, or was this all deliberate inaction. The problem is that the monkeypox virus lives longer on its own than covid because it is a DNA virus. It can survive in water and food for months.

Reports are coming in on twitter of a boy who was spotted by a doctor as having monkeypox. The doctor told him he has monkeypox and should quarantine immediately. The boy said his GP told him he cannot have MPX if he is not gay, which is wrong. The boy has since been diagnosed with monkeypox.

A woman has monkeypox in the USA and a child too, so it has jumped outside of the gay men community. We still do not know how this variant of monkeypox spreads. Can it spread via an aerosol like covid did because the initial growth rate would suggest so. Search my blog on MPX going back to May 2022 when I was trying to raise the alarm. Fomites will be a big issue in the spread of monkeypox too.

Even though no-one in a western/rich country has died, so far as I know, from monkeypox, it can lead to a serious pandemic because its case numbers are growing exponentially, and 13% of all infected need hospitalization. And is it follows the trend of the other 2 monkeypox viruses of Africa (from Nigeria and Congo) it will affect children more with a CFR 3 times higher than in adults.

ps. The @WHO says that 5 people have died in Africa from monkeypox but I have not seen any details that make any sense, no dates, no places have been announced to my satisfaction.

I have calculated that we will have abut 20 million cases by Christmas and be on target to reach the NTI hypothetical exercise of 70 million by 10 January 2023, and numbers will double every doubling period which is currently at 15 days right now.

And the USA seems to be growing faster than the rest of the world, doubling every 9-10 days.
