The federal ALP government is doing even less than the LNP and Scott Morrison in relation to the surging covid cases numbers, hospitalizations and deaths. Australia had the distinct advantage of learning from the rest of the world but is ignoring everything and letting the virus rip. This unconscionable policy comes directly from the federal health department, from people like Brendan Murphy and Paul Kelly, and explains why all the premiers followed suit and opened up the borders to zerocovid and mandated the vaccine. Now the vaccine has failed and 50-75 people a day are dying in Australia. This is like 625 to 900 a day in the USA. It is like a Boeing 747 going down every week and everyone on board dying.

The irony is that zerocovid is the only answer to the pandemic and always was, and Australia did have this but they threw it all away. Australia will have 2 to 3 million people suffering from longcovid by the time this ends (if it ends) and up to one million will be carrying a debilitating illness and their lives will never be the same again.

China has adopted a zerocovid policy for the next 5 years. You have to ask yourself why, seriously.

In Australia there are basically no restrictions, no mask mandates indoors, and even though so many people are dying and getting sick, the new ALP federal government has ruled out bringing mask mandates back. They will probably do a backflip when hospitalizations grow out of control and the medical system falls apart.

At the start of 2022 Australia had bought some 150 million does of covid vaccine and even though #vaccineshavefailed, they continue to push people to get another booster and now want to start jabbing the children even though they are far less affected by covid and the safety of the vaccine is far from proven. #leavethechildrenalone

Most people in Australia are morons/sheep and do whatever the government tells them to.
