I hope Moderna will pay the damages bill when it is clear that the vaccines have caused more harm than good.

Also note that Moderna had the patent on the spike protein that that appeared on the original coronavirus 2 years before this all started, in 2017. You can even find published papers in the literature on how to make the spike protein.
